David’s Weight Loss Story

I work offshore and felt being overweight was starting to affect my mobility at work. Climbing the stairs on rigs was an issue, and I was concerned about my high blood pressure in a stressful environment. Even on blood pressure medication my resting pulse rate stayed in the high 90’s.
Since the surgery, I am no longer on blood pressure medicine, my bp is normal, and my resting pulse is in the 60’s. I can climb stairs without any issues and my knee and back pain have completely disappeared. I have lost over a hundred pounds and I feel better mentally and physically than I have in 25 years.
I feel this surgery has given me a new lease on life. I am exercising on a regular basis and leading the healthy and more active lifestyle that I had been wanting.
